PTFE Gasket Material

This gasket material is made with 100% Virgin PTFE and uses Silica as the filler.

This PTFE sheet is manufactured by a unique process that structures the composition into fibers that overcome creep relaxation and/or cold flow. Cold flow is a problem associated with plain PTFE sheet.

Applications
It is suitable for services with high pressures and temperature, especially in chemical processing and hydrocarbon plants in strong acids (except hydrofluoric), solvents, hydrocarbons, water, steam and chlorine.
