| The Injectaseal Gun is a sophisticated piece of equipment,
developing 10,000 psi internal hydraulic pressure.
The Injectaseal is delivered past a stainless steel, high pressure, calibrated gauge and through a 9000 psi stainless steel braided Teflon hose to your equipment accurately. Your equipment only needs to have a 3/8", 150 pound NPT ball valve installed in the packing gland, or use an existing flush. The Injectaseal Gun will attach to the standard ball valve. |
Follow the instructions for installing your chosen grade
of Injectaseal and initial back up rings. Consult our factory for proper
selection. It is imperative to use the Phelps Injectaseal Gun for proper
installation. The Injectaseal Gun with its product pressure gauge, is the
only method by which you can be assured the Injectaseal is placed in the
stuffing box at the proper pressure to work correctly.
The Injectaseal Gun will, by using the proper gun pressure, fuse the Injectaseal into a pressure resistant lubricating structure for leak free sealing. |
