| Gasket material normally supplied in wide roll or sheet
form can be stripped into specified widths and supplied in long lengths,
available with optional pressure sensitive adhesive.
Widely used in many industries, stripped gasket material offers a very economic resolve to a variety of sealing and cushioning requirements.

Some typical applications are sealing access doors, tank
tops, panels, enclosures, electric boxes and port lights against air, gases,
water and weather; sealing between sheet metal panels of large equipment,
anti-vibration cushioning, sealing around glass windows or enclosures to
act as a weatherseal or to aid sound proofing.
Our stripping department is fully automated with high speed equipment capable of holding very close tolerances throughout a wide range of thicknesses, widths and material. |
Although all gasket material can be stripped, cellular
elastomers are the most popular, particularly Closed Cell Neoprene Sponge,
and solid elastomers, particularly Neoprene.
